를 "이 지시에 뒤따라 사망자에 대한 불편 사항들이 발생하였다"로 옮기셨는데, complaint는 여기서 '불편 사항'보다는 병, 통증, 부조(不調) 같은 뜻에 대응하지 않을까요?
이 뒤 내용이 시체에 구멍이 뚫렸다는 내용이기도 하고.. 불편 사항이라는 말을 보면 누가 불편하다는 것인지 모르겠네요.
